Ruby Anniversary Guest Lunch

To celebrate the Bowdon Society’s Ruby Anniversary we are holding a 2 course Guest Lunch at Ringway Golf Club, on Wednesday 23 March 2022.

Bar opens at 12 noon.  Lunch will be served at 12.30 pm.

Welcome drink followed by choice of:


Mains
Lemon Herb crusted Baked Salmon served with Chive Butter Sauce
or
Mustard Glazed Baked Gammon Loin with Apricot Stuffing
or
Haloumi & Roasted Mediterranean Veg Pithivier

with a Roasted Tomato Sauce (V)
or
Chicken Supreme stuffed with a Chicken Mousseline

served with a Madeira Jus


All mains served with a selection of vegetables

Desserts

Apple & Salted Caramel Tart with Crunchy Crumble Top

& Vanilla Creme
or
Raspberry and White Chocolate Meringue with Raspberry Sorbet and Lemon Gel

A Mix of English & Exotic Hand Chopped Fruits Steeped in a Homemade Orange and Lemon Sweet Stock Syrup, Complimented with Fresh Cream

Tables are for 8 people.  Please say if there is someone whom you would like to sit with and, provided they have booked a ticket, we will try and seat you with your preferred friends.

Tickets will go on sale at the lecture on Monday the 17th January at £35 per ticket and will also be available to order by post from this date.  Please complete the application form with this newsletter.

Payment is by cheque so that if the event has to be cancelled due to government regulations payment can be cancelled or returned.

Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first to arrive by post basis

 
The Society will be unable to offer a full refund for any tickets cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event unless the Society itself has to cancel the event to comply with government orders.
